| 一、盤管整體及支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)均采用SUS304不銹鋼材料，盤管壽命長。
不銹鋼盤管均由臺灣杰美利公司位于新竹竹北的工廠制造，均由SUS304不銹鋼帶連續(xù)卷焊而成，可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場空間定制規(guī)格制造。使用壽命較一般鍍鋅盤管長，在適宜的槽內(nèi)水質(zhì)條件下，使用壽命可超過30年。
二、動態(tài)傳熱，換熱系數(shù)更高，融冰效率更高。
配合內(nèi)循環(huán)泵，蓄冰及融冰過程中傳熱系數(shù)更高，瞬間放冷速率更高。蓄冰盤管中冰水對流熱傳，可達(dá)到快速與完全溶冰效果。本蓄冰槽設(shè)計上亦可冰水側(cè)、鹵水（乙二醇溶液側(cè)）雙向進(jìn)行溶冰，融冰速率超過30%，解訣一般內(nèi)融冰蓄冰槽溶冰效率不良之缺點。
三、結(jié)冰率大
動態(tài)蓄冰槽盤管排列整膺，結(jié)冰率（Ice packing factor , IPF ）高達(dá)75 ％以上，最大限度節(jié)省冰槽所占空間，蓄冰槽所需空間小。
四、水平蛇形盤管，安裝及維修所需高度空間更小，安裝及維護(hù)空簡最省
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品盤管按500mm高度一個模組，可現(xiàn)場垂直組合，從而只需要0.6m的槽頂部高度來安裝以及維修，避免因槽頂安裝空間大浪費建筑空間，以及普通盤管實際上不能維修的問題。
五、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計簡單方便
規(guī)格化定型蓄冰槽，密閉式鹵水（乙二醇）系統(tǒng)，水平盤管也可根據(jù)場地選擇槽體的尺寸進(jìn)行匹配客戶定制規(guī)格，蓄冰系統(tǒng)設(shè)計最簡便。
六、適用于各類型場所
動態(tài)蓄冰槽儲冰效率高，可適用于各類型蓄冰主機(jī)，蓄冰槽可以選擇長方形、圓柱體、筏基式，可根據(jù)場地定制槽體尺寸。
七、可采用抑制性處理后的鹵水（乙二醇）
盤管材質(zhì)為不銹鋼，管內(nèi)部腐蝕性低，顧而可以采用經(jīng)過腐蝕抑制性處理后的鹵水（乙二醇），可降低采購進(jìn)口品牌腐蝕抑制性乙二醇的成本。
八、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)槽采用不銹鋼槽體，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)件也全部采用不銹鋼，耐用性高
不銹鋼槽體，提供長期使用，安全可靠，最符合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
九、保溫性強(qiáng)，減少熱損失
配合高濕度氣候條件，動態(tài)儲冰槽加強(qiáng)保溫厚度，減少槽體結(jié)露滴水現(xiàn)象，并可減少儲冰熱損失，節(jié)約能源。
＋、配合再冷卻盤管、適用低溫送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)
動態(tài)蓄冰槽溶冰速度快，配合雙向融冰的再冷卻盤管，內(nèi)融冰盤管即可提供3 ～5 ℃ 低溫冷凍水，適合應(yīng)用于低溫送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，節(jié)省冰水流量，降低20 ％水泵馬力，減少送風(fēng)量，縮減風(fēng)管管徑，縮小空調(diào)機(jī)房，增加建筑樓層高度等多項優(yōu)點。

Chilled water is working by convective heat exchange when crossing ice-on-coil tubes , so the ice will melt rapidly and completely . The ice storage tank has been designed to two - way melting ice by chilled water and brine , so the melte efficiency has been increased to improve the disadVantage of melting slowly for normal inner ice-melting tubes.
3 . High ice packing factor
Heat exchange tubes are regular arranged in the dynamic ice storage tank , so the ice packing factor ( IPF ) will gain over 75 ％•；
4 . Horizontal “snake”ice-on-coil, Save install space
The ice-on-coil tubes are made to modules with 500mm height and could be compacted vertically. So the ice-on-coils will only need approximately 0.6meter installation and maintainance height above the ice storage tank. This design could offer a practical replacement and maintainance space.

6 . Apply to various brine chillers
The dynamic ice storage tank kept high efficiency and it suitable for various brine chillers like as screw , centrifugal , reciprocatjng or scroll type .

The dynamic ice storage tank use stainless-steel tubes so it could circulate normal ethylene glycol solution after inhibition treatment.This could reduce the cost of importing inhibited glycol of certain brand.

The dynamic ice storage tank kept rapid ice melting , and it suitable for cold air supply system by supplying3～5℃ chilled water . The advantages of this system include save 20 % horsepower of pump , and reduce chilled water flow rate , airflow rate , and the diameter of duct and the size of equipment room to increase area of floor .
