產(chǎn)品介紹 本公司制造的TL、TDL系列立式同步電動(dòng)機(jī)主要用于驅(qū)動(dòng)立式軸流、混流泵，電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)為二導(dǎo)懸垂型。上機(jī)架內(nèi)有推力軸承及導(dǎo)軸承，下機(jī)架內(nèi)有導(dǎo)軸承，上下機(jī)架內(nèi)均設(shè)油池，軸承為油浴自潤(rùn)滑。冷卻方式為自扇冷型、半管道通風(fēng)型或帶冷卻器密閉循環(huán)，電機(jī)定子采用線圈軟體下線、VPI整體浸漆技術(shù)。電機(jī)帶有測(cè)溫元件以監(jiān)控溫度，還帶有電子測(cè)速裝置、需要時(shí)可帶高壓油頂起裝置。勵(lì)磁裝置一般采用微機(jī)型全控裝置。 TGB系列與貫流泵配套，可潛入水中運(yùn)行，適用于低揚(yáng)程、大流量。 SF、SFW系列立式、臥式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)與水輪機(jī)配套，用于中小型水電站。 Introduction of Products TL, TDL Series vertical synchronous motors manufactured by NTC-NCF are mainly used for driving vertical axial flow and mixed flow pumps. Motor structure is two guide bearings overhang type，thrust bearing and guide bearing in upper frame and only guide bearing in lower frame. Both upper and lower frame are all oil pool. The bearing is oil-jacked self-lubrication. Cooling mode is self-fan cooling type, half piping ventilation type or close cycle with cooler. Motor stator uses soft status winding and VPI treated technology. Motor has thermo-elements to monitor temperature, electronic tachometer and high pressure oil jacking device when needed. The excitation device currently uses micro- computer control device. TGB Series motors are matched with penetration pumps. They can dive into water to operate. They are suitable for low lift and large flow. SF, SFW Series vertical and horizontal water turbogenerators are matched with water turbines for medium and small-sized hydropower station.
